Welcome to the first article of the Ingenious Smart Business Phones WFA page. We sincerely hope that you, your family and coworkers are safe, healthy and optimistic as we begin to reimagine our home and work lives under new and dramatically different circumstances. Just a few months ago, we were be-bopping along without any knowledge of what was ahead. Now, as we begin to understand more about how vulnerable our previous methods were, we are resolved to change how we do many of our everyday tasks. Whether it be adjusting to working from home while balancing the needs of our family and work in a single environment, our shopping habits or working mostly or entirely from outside of the office.

Many humorous memes have been posted to social media which lightened our spirits for just a moment. Then, we were beamed back to reality and the challenges of everyday life in the “new normal”. There’s no doubt that we are still in the understanding phase of this paradigm shift as evidenced by the ever changing of news from scientific and governmental agencies about what we should and should not be doing or should or should not expect our near and distant future to be like.

We are now beginning to evaluate how we will move forward under new rules of family, social and work behavior. Questions enter our minds, like how will I do this or what will I do in that case. Most of these questions are still unanswered. So, how do we manage the change while continuing to meet the needs of our family, friends and employer. It’s like trying to change the wheels while the bus is moving down the road. Our hope here is to provide you with the ideas, tools and methods to do just that. So, let’s begin!
