Ingenious Technology LLC recognizes that customer sensitive data and communications system configuration information is critical business information. Ingenious Technology LLC understands and respects that protection of such information is the right of a customer and the duty of Ingenious Technology LLC and that customer provides this information with an expectation of confidentiality and that such information will be protected from disclosure to any third party(s). This policy outlines the types of information Ingenious Technology LLC may collect, and its commitment to keeping that information safe, secure and confidential.
Collection and Use of Customer Information
The Ingenious Technology LLC platform stores customer communications system configuration information and call statistics on Ingenious Technology LLC servers and equipment. Customers using Ingenious Smart Business Phones do not have the ability to disable the collection of call statistics data. Therefore, data collected will be protected in accordance with this policy. Ingenious Technology LLC does not view, review, edit, monitor, disseminate, or otherwise use customer configuration information, call statistics or communications in any way, except in the case where such information may assist Ingenious Technology LLC in troubleshooting a request for technical support by a customer(s), monitoring, to investigate a suspected Terms of Use violation or as may be required by law. Ingenious Technology LLC may use aggregated usage statistics to assess system performance and scale.
Monitoring of Customer Communications
The Ingenious Technology LLC platform does not monitor the content of any communication originating from, transmitted by or received from a customer.
Maintenance of Optional Secure Connection to Ingenious Technology LLC
In order to monitor the performance of customers’ systems, provide customers with technical support and provide product enhancements and upgrades, Ingenious Technology LLC, by default, maintains top level access to its customer’ network and systems. Throughout the term of this agreement, Ingenious Technology LLC may implement numerous security techniques to ensure the safety of customer data and system access and to minimize the risk of network intrusion.
Web Properties
Ingenious Technology LLC may collect information from visitors to the ingenioussmartbusinessphones.com web site. Ingenious Technology LLC may collect the Internet addresses of Ingenious Technology LLC site visitors. Ingenious Technology LLC may use the information that it obtains from the Ingenious Technology LLC website to both improve its services, and help troubleshoot possible Ingenious Technology LLC website issue(s). Ingenious Technology LLC may from time-to-time communicate by email with customers regarding the delivery of Ingenious Smart Business services new products, product updates, and information of importance to a customer. Customers have the option to exclude themselves from these communications. A customer may send a request for removal of such information to support@ingenioussmartbusinessphones.com. Ingenious Technology LLC will not sell or distribute customer e-mail or physical address to any third party, other than a) a qualified provider of services to Ingenious Technology LLC who also subscribes to the terms of this Privacy Policy or b) with the customer’s express permission, to a qualified Ingenious Technology LLC partner upon the customer’s request.
Cookies Ingenious Technology LLC sites use cookies to enhance the user’s experience by allowing Ingenious Technology LLC to recognize a user’s return visit to Ingenious Technology LLC’s own services. Browsers are usually set to accept cookies. However, if a customer would prefer not to receive cookies, the customer may alter the configuration of its browser to refuse cookies. If a customer chooses to have its browser refuse cookies, it is possible thay some services of the Ingenious Smart Business Phones platform may not function properly and a customer may be unable to log into Ingenious Smart Business Phones services preventing proper administration of Ingenious Smart Business Phones services for a customer. Further, Ingenious Technology LLC may use a third party to provide statistical analysis regarding its web users and may set cookies in order to gather the information needed to perform its statistical analysis. The information collected by the third-party cookies does not contain any personal information and cannot be linked back to any individual user.
Log Files
Ingenious Technology LLC uses and collects IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, and track users’ movement across the site, and may provide this data to qualified third parties to help Ingenious Technology LLC improve the site and its service.

Security
Ingenious Technology LLC may implement security measures to ensure the safety of customer data and system access. For customers accessing Ingenious Technology LLC’s using a Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge Browser, customer information is encrypted and authenticated, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL provide data security for customers and users while connected to the Ingenious Smart Business Phones platform and ensures that customers or user content is available only to registered users, and is not accessible to unwanted parties. Each registered user will be provided with a unique username and password. Each time a user logs onto a customer’s specific Ingenious Technology LLC application, the recognized user can only be authenticated and allowed access using the correct username and password that has been assigned. A session will be issued for the limited purpose of capturing encrypted authentication data for the length of the session. Neither the username nor the password will be included in the session. Security protocols put into operation by Ingenious Technology LLC are determined by encrypted session IDs as well as dynamic data.
Underage Privacy Protection
Ingenious Technology LLC does not sell products or services to and person under the age of eighteen years. Ingenious Technology LLC will not knowingly solicit or collect customer identifiable information from anyone under the age of eighteen years. In addition, Ingenious Technology LLC will not knowingly link to any third-party web site that solicits or collects customer identifiable information from minors. If a customer believes that a minor has disclosed personally identifiable information to Ingenious Technology LLC, the customer must immediately contact Ingenious Technology LLC at support@ingenioussmartbusinessphones.com so that the information can be removed.
Responsibilities
Ingenious Technology LLC is responsible to ensue security of and access to all information customer(s) entrust to us. Ingenious Technology LLC expects that customer(s) will do the same. This includes maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all customer’s information stored on the Ingenious Technology LLC system to include usernames and passwords.
Customer(s) is obligated maintain current all contact information and to provide Ingenious Technology LLC with immediate notice whenever previously provided contact information must be changed, added or withdrawn. Once Ingenious Technology LLC has been notified of a person(s) or party(s) who were previously granted has access authority by the customer(s), Ingenious Technology LLC will take immediate steps to make such change(s), addition(s) or withdrawnal(s) so that system access is denied. Absent such action(s) by customer, Ingenious Technology LLC will not be held responsible for access to customer data by unauthorized individuals.
Customer is obligated, to no less frequent than annually, verify all the contact information previously provided to Ingenious Technology LLC for person(s) or party(s) who the Customer’s designates to have access to the Ingenious Technology LLC system. Only those individuals identified by customer(s) with such access will be permitted to access configurations or security settings on the Ingenious Technology LLC system.
